Join us on November 7th, 2026 for the Wholehearted: The Menopause Experience conference.
Our Expo is designed to connect attendees with businesses, organizations, practitioners and services that can support adn enrich their conference experience.
Exhibitor space is limited, we are intentionally creating a curated mix of exhibitors. We want attendees to experience a diverse range of resources and services rather than having multiple exhibitors offering very similar products or services.
We’re looking for exhibitors who offer:
- Health and wellness services
- Fitness and movement
- Nutrition and healthy living
- Mental and emotional well-being
- Healthcare and professional services
- Products and services that specifically support women through midlife
- other businesses or organizations that align with the goals and spirit of our conference
To Create a diverse and engaging Expo, we limited the number of exhibitors within each category. This helps ensure that our exhibitors have an opportunity to stand out while giving attendees a well-rounded experience.
How to Apply
Complete our Exhibitor Form and tell us a little about your business, organization or services.
Applications are reviewed individually to ensure they are a good fit for the Expo and to maintain a balanced mix of exhibitors.

Eligibility:
We welcome applications from organizations and businesses that meet the following criteria:
- Women-led or women-focused businesses.
- Offer products, services, or resources relevant to menopause and women’s health.
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful and evidence-informed promotion.
- Willingness to support accessible education and community engagement

Important Information:
Registration Form:
Once your Registration form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial. If approved, payment and proof of insurance must be provided immediately to secure your spot. An invoice, payable upon receipt, will be issued and may be settled by cheque or e-transfer. Registration fees are refundable until Oct 25, 2025. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable; however, transfers to another participant may be permitted with prior approval.
Semi-Exclusivity:
We will accept a maximum of three exhibitors per industry category. This provides our exhibitors with semi exclusive participation and gives our attendees a larger variety of exhibits to visit.
What’s Provided:
1 table (5 ft)
1 chair
2 tickets to enter the gym
*Expo will be set up in the gym and if need be in the downstairs hallway like last year.
Liability Insurance:
All exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate will be required.
Setup and Exhibit Times: (Subject to Change)
November 6th, 2025
Material drop-off and set up: 6-7 pm
November 7th, 2026
Doors open at 8:15 for Expo Exhibitors
Expo open to attendees: 8:30-5:40 pm
Teardown: 5:40-6 pm
Submission Deadline: October 25th
