Kerri Moskal
Pharmacist
Kerri has been a pharmacist for over 25 years, with experience in both hospital and community pharmacy settings. Her interest in women’s health was sparked in 2002 when the WHI study was published, instilling widespread fear regarding women’s hormones. Witnessing the decline in quality of life among her menopausal patients, Kerri intuitively knew that hormones could not become harmful solely based on age. This realization set her on a lifelong mission to uncover the truth and enhance the care of women at all stages of life.
In 2012, Kerri began working at a compounding pharmacy, which provided her with opportunities to attend hormone symposiums in Canada and the US. These three-day symposiums, led by functional medicine OB/GYNs passionate about hormones, deepened her knowledge. She also completed online training through PCCA to become a C4 HRT Specialist and attended a symposium to earn her credentials, which she renews biennially.
Over the past seven years, she has collaborated with countless women and their physicians to devise personalized wellness plans. Kerri is particularly passionate about guiding women through perimenopause and menopause, relishing opportunities to educate on hormone pathways and treatment options. Her commitment to empowering women through informed healthcare choices underscores her dedication to advancing women’s health.

Dr. Tracy Wayne (Rodgers)
Obstetrician Gynecologist
Dr. Wayne (Rodgers) is an Ob/Gyn with over 20 years experience in women’s health. She graduated from medical school at Memorial University of Newfoundland and did her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Dalhousie University, graduating in 2002. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC).
Originally from Newfoundland, she has lived on Vancouver Island for the past 16 years and focuses her practice on perimenopause and menopause care as she is passionate about education and self-empowerment. She recognizes that there is a huge gap between how the medical community approaches women’s health issues and the real lived experience of women and she is working to close that gap. She uses humour and storytelling in her presentations and is able to make complex medical information accessible and engaging.
In addition to her medical training, Dr. Wayne (Rodgers) has studied healthcare leadership at Royal Roads University and has studied with Brene Brown (Daring Way). She has traversed the perimenopause / menopause transition herself and come out the other side with an understanding that traditional medical training is missing the mark when it comes to managing menopause. Women spend almost half of their lives in menopause and 100% of women who live to their 50’s will go through this challenging transition: it deserves much more respect, research and attention than it is currently receiving. The key to changing this is the education and empowerment of women & Dr. Wayne (Rodgers) is on a mission to do just that!
